Garlic Corn Mashed Potatoes

A Mashed Potato which has been cooked in Natural Tastes of Potatoes, Garlic, Corn and other elements which has been used to make this. Give a try of natural tastes of your elements that you cook for your dinner table.



Ingredients:

=> 1 tin of Corn Carnel
=> 4-5 nos of Large Potatoes (peeled & cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
=> 10 nos of Large Garlic Cloves 
=> Salt to taste
=> 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
=> 4 tbsp of Butter
=> 1/4 cup of Fresh Cream

Preparation:

= Boil the Potato pieces in salted water until they're soft & moist. 

= Melt butter in a pan. Put in the boiled potatoes and mash them with a masher*. Add fresh cream on it and stir gently. Add some more Butter and stir until the cream, butter & potatoes get mixed properly. 

= In a grill pan, heat olive oil. Put the Garlic Cloves and Half of the Corns of the tin. Fry them until the aroma comes out. Take out the Garlic Cloves carefully and let the corns to be cooked until they becomes grilled. 

= In a pot, take the garlic cloves and the remaining half of the Corns of the tin. Mash** them until they're fully mashed properly. 

= Now mix the mashed garlic-corn items with the mashed potatoes & stir the potatoes thoroughly so that all the ingredients gets properly mixed. 

= In a serving plate. Put some potato mix on it. Top with the Grilled Corns that had been grilled with Olive Oil.  Spread some chopped parsley over the dish.

= Serve hot.

*Don't mash the potatoes too much. They must have to be mashed like you can feel the presence of some potatoes in your mouth.

**You can mash them with Blender or Hand Blender also. It'll be easy for you to get perfectly mashed ingredients.
