Some people love the taste of chili - it gives them the Natural High. To spice up your morning meal, you can create this adventurous chili jam to help add a little kick into your eggy breakfast.
=> 125 g of Garlic Cloves (crushed)
=> 125 g of Ginger (peeled and grated)
=> 60 g of Medium-Hot Red Chilies (stems removed)
=> 1.25 kg of Tomatoes
=> 825 g of Sugar
=> 30 ml of White Vinegar
=> 1/2 tsp of Salt
=> 2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
= Put the chilies and tomatoes in a Food Processor and blend until it become smooth. Pour the mixture into a pan.
= Then add in the rest of the ingredients, slowly bring the concoction to a boil. Stir to help dissolve the sugar.
= Stir frequently for about an hour until chili jam thickens and turns Rich Red.
= Scoop the jam into mason jars and let it cool. Make sure to store in a cool dry spot and consume within Six Months.
