Raw Mango Pickles

This is a one of the most Favorite Side Dish of Bengali Peoples who can't but had to surrender in front of this Cuisine and had to take in their every meal. It's very easy to make, nutritious and also Delicious at the same time. You can try this on your home anytime!

Ingredients:

=> 6 pcs of Raw Mangoes.
=> 1 cup of Mustard Oil
=> 1 tsp of Garlic Paste
=> 1 tsp of Ginger Paste
=> 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> 1 tsp (or To Taste) of Red Chili Powder
=> 2 tsp of Mustard Paste
=> 2 nos of Bay Leaves
=> Salt To Taste
=> Sugar To Taste
=> 8 - 10 pcs of Garlic Cloves
=> 1 tsp of Filtered Dried Chili Powder
=> 3 tbsp of Vinegar
=> 1.5 tbsp of Panch-Foron Powder

Preparation

= Mix all the ingredients together and then cook them for sometime (until they all get mixed together)

= Now add Panch-Foron powder with them and cook for a while. Then add the Mangoes (cut into small pieces) and Mix toghether.

= Now cook the dish according to your Taste and Expectation (but not over-cook).

= Remove from the heat. Let the dish become cool down.

= Serve with your desired dishes.
