This is a Malaysian Cuisine which is widely served in Malaysia's top star ranking hotels. This cuisine consists with Sauteed Mushrooms which will seize your hunger and also Sauteed Baby Corns which will make your day. Even the full chicken dish comes with BBQ curry, I think your meal will go Un-Bounded! Let's have a look on its procedure!!
Ingredients:
=> 1000 gm of Chickens
=> 4 pcs of Whole Processed (or Canned) Mushrooms
=> 4 pcs of Baby Corns (Canned)
=> 2 tbsp of BBQ Sauce
=> ½ cup of Chopped Parsley
=> Salt to taste
=> 1 tsp of White Pepper Powder
=> ¼ tsp of White Vinegar
=> 1½ tsp of Sugar
=> 1 nos of Egg
=> 1 cup of all purpose flour
=> 40 g of Butter
=> 3 tbsp of Oil
=> 1 large size onion (cut into thick pieces)
=> 4-5 cloves of Garlic
=> ½ tsp of Corn Folur
Preparation:
= At first, marinade the chicken with all Salt, Pepper and keep it for about 10 mins. Whisk the egg in a cup. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to fry the chickens.
= Dip the chicken in flour, then egg, then again in flour, again egg. Continue this until 3 times. Deep-fry them in the oil until golden brown in color over medium-high heat. Take them in a dish and set aside.
= In a frying pan, sauté the Mushrooms and Baby Corns without color. Take them in a dish.
= In another pan, melt butter and also take 1 tsp of oil. Add garlic and fry without color. Add onions and fry. Then add back the deep-fried chickens and sauté them.
= Add some hot water, BBQ Sauce and bring to the boil. Then add the seasonings and continue boiling. Add vinegar, Sautéed Mushrooms & Baby Corns, boil until water level decreases.
= Check & correct the Taste. Add corn-flour, stir to mix. Take them to a serving dish.
= Serve hot with Rice Items
