Egg Curry with Potatoes

Egg is one of the biggest source of Protein and Fat. This food item can be served as many ways as possible and you want. So based on the types of Egg's cooking. Here's presenting one cuisine which is belong to the traditional food item, specially of Bangladesh. This cuisine is combined with the touch of potatoes and plenty of onions and other spices.

Egg Curry with Potatoes

Ingredients:

=> 2 nos of Eggs
=> 3 Potatoes (cut into finger size)
=> 2 large size of onions (chopped)
=> 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder
=> 1.5 tsp of Turmeric Powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Cumin Powder
=> 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder
=> Salt to Taste
=> 1/2 tsp of Hot Spices powder
=> 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder


Preparation:

= First, boil the eggs until they become Hard Boiled. Remove from water and remove the egg cover. Now heat little bit oil (1 tsp) to a fry-pan. Fry the eggs until light brown in color on all sides. Set aside.

= Heat more oil to the pan. Add the onions and fry without color.

= Add all spices (except salt) and fry until all combined. Add hot water onto it and mix.

= Add the potatoes and then add some more water. Add salt and cover the pan until all spices get mixed together and the potatoes gets tender.

= Add the previously fried eggs and stir gently. Remove from heat and take it to a serving dish.

= Serve hot wirh steamed rice.
