Garlic Cloves Chicken



This is a cuisine which has been made with around 40 pcs of Garlic Cloves and light white wine. This is a Five Star standards cuisine which actually served in Five Star hotels & resorts. You can try this to your home also.


Ingredients: 

=> 8 chicken Thighs (bone in, skin on)
=> 40 garlic cloves (skin removed)
=> 1 tsp kosher oil
=> 1/2 tsp black pepper
=> 3 tbsp unsalted butter
=> 1.5 cups good white wine
=> 2 tbsp light brown sugar
=> 1 tbsp honey
=> 3 springs fresh thyme
=> 1 tbsp all purpose flour
=> 3 tbsp heavy cream
=> 2 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest
=> Italian parsley leaves,
=> Red pepper flakes
=> Lemon wedges for garnish. 

Preparation:

= Preheat oven to 400°F.

= Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper both sides.

= Melt 2 tbsp butter in a Skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken thighs, skin side down and sear both sides until golden about 3 mins. per sides. Remove the chicken from pan and set aside.

= Melt remaining tbsp butter on the same Skillet. Add garlic cloves and stir frequently until golden brown.

= Add wine to the pan and scrape up sny chicken bits with wooden spoon or spatula. Stir in the brown sugar, honey and fresh thyme until combined, thn add the seared chicken back to the Skillet. 

= Place the Skillet into the preheated oven and roast until completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F, about 25-30 mins. 

= Remove the chicken from the Skillet anf add the flour, cream & lemon zest to the sauce. Allow the sauce to come to a boil & remove from heat. (Stir in more white wine to the sauce if it appears too thick)

= Serve chicken over garlic mashed potatoes / regular (normal) mashed potatoes smoothed in a spoonful of pan sauce and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
