Beef Sizzling is a Bengali-Chinese cuisine, which is specially serves in Restaurants in Bangladesh, specially inside Dhaka city. You can try to make it in your home to bring something difference in your meal.
Ingredients:
=> Boneless Beef (cut in brick size) .............. 60 g
=> Capsicum (cut in brick size) ...................... 1/2 pcs
=> Onion (Sliced) .............................................. 1 pcs
=> Salt ................................................................. To Taste
=> Butter ............................................................. 10 g
=> Soya Sauce .................................................. 2 tsp
=> Sugar ............................................................. 1 tsp
=> Ginger-Garlic Paste .................................... 2 tsp
=> Tomato Sauce (Optional) .......................... 1 tbsp
=> Turmeric Powder ......................................... 1/2 tsp
=> Red-Chili Powder ........................................ 1/4 tsp
=> Black Pepper ................................................ 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
=> Marinade the beef with ginger-garlic paste, Turmeric, Red-Chili & salt & keep it for about 30 mins. Heat oil to a frypan & fry the beef until they are 70% done.
=> Half-boil the capsicums to another pot.
=> Melt the butter to a pan. Add onions and fry without color. Add the capsicums and fry for sometime. Now add the beef and fry for a min. Add little water. Add soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and stir gently.
=> When the meat & capsicum gets 100% done & water gets vanished, increase the heat. Keep them like this for about 1.30 mins. to let the whole meat gets little bit dry cooked.
=> Turn off the heat & immediately take them to a serving dish. Garnish & serve hot with Fried Rice.
