
Ingredients:
=> 200 g of Bashmati Rice
=> 30 g of Shallots
=> 2 tbsp of Butter
=> 20 g of Carrot
=> 2 nos of Eggs (fried & sliced)
=> 20 g of French Beans
=> 20 g of Tomatoes
=> Required amount of Parsley (for Garnish)
=> Cumin to taste
=> Mustard Seeds as required
=> 1/2 tsp of Ground Black Pepper
=> Ground Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
= Wash the rice properly & boil it. Make it cool.
= Take a pan. Add butter, shallots, carrots, french beans, cumin, mustard seeds and saute them.
= Add rice and sliced eggs. Toss it.
= Now add tomatoes, black pepper, ground cinnamon, parsley and cook it for about 2 mins.
= Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley as garnish.
= Serve hot.
