
Ingredients:
=> 8 oz. of Rice
=> Milk of 1 fresh Coconut
=> Sugar to taste
=> 9 Mangoes (medium sized)
For sauce:
=> Milk of 1 fresh Coconut
=> Sugar to taste
=> 1 can of Nestle Cream
Preparation:
= First, boil the rice with water. As soon as the rice is half boiled, add Coconut Milk and Sugar. (The rice will absorb the Coconut Milk and Water & will have a sticky and mushy consistency.)
= Let the rice be cool, and put it to the fridge. Now cut the mangoes and put it in the fridge also.
= To make the sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients and put in a separate bowl & chill.
= To finally serve: Take a flat bowl, put the rice in the center / side of the bowl, arrange the mangoes around / side of the rice. Drizzle the rice with a little sauce and serve the rest of the sauce alongside the mango.
= Ready to serve.
