
Ingredients:
=> 2 cups of medium sized prawns (shelled & divined)
=> 4-5 cups of Broths
=> 1 tsp of Coriander Root (pounded into a paste)
=> 6-7 Red Chilies (finely sliced)
=> 3 Lemongrass Stalks (sliced)
=> 3 tbsp of Fish Sauce
=> 3-4 tbsp of Lime Juice
=> 3 slices of Ginger
=> 1 tsp of Lime Leaves (finely sliced)
=> Dash of Dried Red Chili Shreds
=> Coriander to Garnish
Preparation:
= Bring two cups of the broths to boil and add the coriander root paste. Bring to the Boil.
= Add ginger and lemongrass slices and prawns. Add more broths and bring to the boil again.
= Season to taste with lime juice, fish sauce and crushed chilies. Garnish with coriander leaves and chili shreds before serving.
= Serve hot.
