
Ingredients:
=> 4 thin slices of Mandarin, Salmon, Snapper (or any White Firm Fish)
=> Banana Leaf or Aluminium Foil
=> Oil for frying
For Chutney:
=> 2-4 Green Chilies
=> 5 heaped tbsp of Coriander Leaves
=> 2 tbsp of Mint
=> 1 tsp of Cumin Powder
=> 2 tsp of Sugar
=> Juice of One Lemon
=> 8 flakes of Garlic
=> Salt to taste
Preparation:
= Blend all chutney items in a blender to make the Chutney.
= Thickly coat the fish with the Chutney and then wrap in Banana Leaves and tie with a string. Keep aside for 30 min.s
= Heat oil. Put the Banana Parcels in and fry for 3-4 min.s each side.
= Transfer to a serving dish / Plate. Serve hot with steamed rice.
