Chocolate Fudge Cake



This cake is one of the best cakes which can attract your taste with the fullness of various Chocolates. This cake is enough to celebrate your special occasions such as; Anniversaries, Birthdays etc. Try yourself out!


Ingredients:


=> 6 oz. of Flour
=> 2.5 tsp of Cocoa Powder
=> 1 tsp of Baking Powder
=> 5 oz. of Caster Sugar
=> 150 ml of Oil
=> 150 ml of Milk
=> 2 nos of Egg
=> 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
=> 8 oz. of Melted Cooking Chocolate
=> 4 oz. of Dairy Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
=> 1 tbsp of Icing Sugar


Preparation:

= Preheat oven into 1800 degree (or Gas = 4)

= Sift the Flour, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder into a large bowl & stir in caster sugar. 

= Pour Oil, Milk, Beaten Eggs and 1/2 tsp of Essence in a measuring jug & whisk lightly to mix. Now take 2 tbsp of the Melted Cooking Chocolate and add to the mixture. 

= Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. 

= Pour the cake into greased tin and bake for 20 - 25 mins. until the top of the cake is springy to the touch. Let the cake to cool. 

= Now take the Dairy Milk Chocolate and melt it either in the microwave or in a heat proof bowl set oven a pan of barely simmering water, stirring until melted. 

= Add the remaining melted Cooking Chocolate, 1/2 of the remaining Essence & Icing Sugar. Beat well until glossy. 

= Now cut the cooled cake into half and spread with a generous dollop of icing & top of the other half. Use the remaining icing to cover the side & top of the cake and leave icing to set. 

= Ready to serve.
