#) White sauce is a kind of Basic Sauce which is mainly used to cook various kinds of White Soups and Appetizers. This is very easy to make & mainly used in big Standard restaurants. Let's try!

Ingredients:
=> Milk -------- 1000 ml
=> Butter ------ 100 g
=> Flour ------ 100 g
=> Salt ------- to taste
=> Pepper ------ to taste
=> Nutmeg Powder ------ to taste
Preparation:
= Melt butter in saucepan. Add the flour and fry it until sandy texture & without color over low heat.
= Add the hot milk and whisk well. Bring to the boil and stir until the sauce becomes smooth.
= Add seasonings and let it simmer on low heat for 30 mins. Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent burning inside.
= Strain through a conical container to a steel container or another saucepan. Add a little melted butter to prevent a skin forming on top of the sauce.
= Transfer to a serving sauce pot. Serve hot.
