Chopsy is a kind of Noodles cuisine which is something like Liquidy and tasty. You may serve this as Snacks on the Evening and in the Lunch or Dinner. This is Veg Chopsy which is for the Vegetarian Peoples. Let's Try (for 6).
=> Carrots ------ 200 g
=> Beans ------ 200 g
=> Cabbages ------ 200 g
=> Spring Onion ------ 50 g
=> Noodles (fried) ------ 1 pkt
=> Tomato Ketchup ------ 100 g
=> Fried Eggs (both side) ------ 6 nos
=> Vinegar ------ 2 tbsp
=> Corn Flour ------ 2 tbsp
=> White Stock ------ 2 cups
=> Oil ------ For frying
=> Pepper ------ to taste
=> Soy Sauce ------ to taste
=> Aji-no-moto ------ to taste
=> Sugar ------ to taste
=> Salt ------ to taste
Preparation:
= Cut the vegetables into strips. Put oil to a frypan and fry the vegetables.
= Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, aji-no-moto, soy sauce and stock and bring to the boil. Add corn flour.
= Place the fried noodles into a serving dish. Then put the vegetables with liquids over it. Then place the fried egg over the Chopsy. Do the same with the rests.
= Serve hot.
