Paneer (Cheese) Bread Roll

During Iftaar, we Muslims needs some exciting cuisines to have which can remove our Hunger after having a long Fasting for the whole day. This cuisine can be some exciting one to fulfill your stomach with healthy food values including the presence of Cheese (Paneer). Let's cook it! 


Ingredients:

=> 6 pcs of Bread
=> 150 gm of Paneer (1 cup crumbled)
=> 1/4 cup of Capsicum (finely chopped)
=> 1/4 cup of Green Peas 
=> 2 - 3 tbsp of Green Coriander (finely chopped)
=> 1 tsp of Ginger Paste
=> 2 nos of Green Chili (finely chopped)
=> 1 tsp of Chat Masala
=> Salt to taste
=> Required amount of Oil (for frying)


Preparation:

= Crumble paneer. Preheat oil in a pan. When oil is sufficiently hot, add green peas and capsicum into it and saute for a while. Now add ginger, green chilly, paneer, salt, chat masala and saute for 2 more minutes. Keep stirring. Add green coriander. Stuffing is ready, turn off the flame. 

= Take out stuffing in a plate and allow it to cool down. Cut corners of a bread slice. Likewise, prepare all bread slices. Take some water in a bowl and dip one bread slice into it. Take out the bread slice immediately and place it over your palms. Now squeeze out the excess water from it. Place 2 to 2.5 tsp stuffing over the bread slice and make it as a roll. Likewise, place stuffing in each bread slice, fold and make rolls. Now place them over a plate.

= Preheat oil in a pan. Take rolls and place them in oil for frying. Keep flipping the sides and fry until rolls turn golden brown in color. Take out fried bread rolls from the oil and place it on a paper napkin. Similarly, fry rest of the bread rolls as well.

= Serve piping hot paneer bread rolls with green chutney or tomato sauce.
