Mayonnaise Sauce

#) Mayonnaise is a kind of Basic Cold Sauce which is served Cool. Some of you, used to serve is Heated, but it's totally WRONG. Mayonnaise always serves as Cold and in Room Temperature. As this is an easy Sauce Cuisine, so it needs only a few mins. to make. Let's have a try!



Ingredients:

=> Eggs ---------- 4 nos
=> Salt ---------- to taste
=> White pepper ---------- to taste
=> Oil ---------- 200 ml
=> Vinegar ---------- 2 tsp


Preparation:

= Break the eggs into a Blender Jug. Add Salt & Pepper onto it. 

= Put on the Jug's lid. Keep the small part of the lid open so that you can add oils.  

= Take the oils into a Sauce Bottle. Place the bottle on the open part of the lid by upside down. (Make sure that the oil is dropping inside the Jug with the elements.) 

= Turn on the Blender and keep the oil bottle while the blender is blending the elements. 

= When the mixture turns thick. Turn off the blender & stop adding oils. Open the lid of the jug and then add the vinegar. 

= Turn on the Blender and blend for a while. (You'll notice that the mayonnaise has become white from yellowish color)

= Check the taste & adjust (if needed)

= Pour the mayonnaise into a Sauce Bottle. It's ready to serve.
