#) Chowmein (Regular) is a regular edition of chowmein. It's quite simple and a Basic Chowmein cuisine for you to serve. Let's try! (for 6)

Ingredients:
=> Noodles -------- 1 pkt
=> Carrots (Julienne cut) -------- 250 g
=> Cabbages (Julienne cut) -------- 250 g
=> Beans (Julienne cut) --------- 250 g
=> Spring Onions (Julienne cut) -------- 250 g
=> Salt ------- to taste
=> Pepper ------- to taste
=> Soy Sauce ------- 1 tbsp
=> Aji-no-moto ------ 1/4 tsp
=> Sugar -------- to taste
=> Oil ------- for frying
Preparation:
= Blench all the vegetables at first. Strain them and let it cool.
= Heat water to a pot, add some salt. Add the noodles into the water to boil. Add some oil into the water (to prevent the noodles from sticked in). Strain the noodles when boiled & let it drain all the waters.
= Heat oil to a sauté pan and add the vegetables and fry. Toss them well.
= Add the boiled noodles and toss carefully. Fry for 3 mins. Add the seasonings.
= Toss again carefully until the seasonings get mixed properly. Check the seasonings.
= Transfer them to serving plate. Serve hot.
