#) Stuffed eggs is a kind of Appetizer which can be served before starting your meals. Let me teach you the method (for 1):

Ingredients:
=> Hardly boiled eggs ----- 2 nos
=> Butter ---- 4 g
=> Tomato Ketchup ----- 5 g
=> Mayonnaise ------ 1 tbsp
=> Parsley ----- 3 g
=> Salt ----- to taste
=> White pepper ----- 1/8 tsp
Preparation:
= Cut the eggs to bring out the yolk. Cut the white from ground so that it can stand. Cut the egg white using knife-head in 1/2 cm wide on top.
= Take the yolks in a pot. Add butter and tomato ketchup and mix until creamy texture.
= Add salt and pepper to season it. Add mayonnaise to make it soft texture. Pour the mixture in 1/2 cm star-tube piping bag.
= Pipe the yolks under the whites {which is standing on plate}. Fill the whites. {you can make designs}
= Sprinkle some chopped parsley leaves on top of the yolk. Serve cold.
