#) This cuisine is one of the most expensive cuisines in Italy. It's very easy to cook, but seems too tasty to have. Let me tell you how to cook (for 1):

Ingredients:
=> Shrimp ------- 100 g
=> Oil ------10 ml
=> Garlic ------ 1 g
=> Onion ----- 10 g
=> Mushrooms ----- 5 g
=> Tomato Sauce ------ 20 ml
=> Parsley (chopped) ----- 8 g
=> Salt ------- to taste
=> White pepper ------ 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
= Heat oil to a frypan. Wash the shrimps well. Season flour in a plate with salt and white pepper and coat the shrimps onto it. Fry until golden in color.
= Add the garlic and onion with it and sweat without color for a few secs.
= Add tomato sauce and bring to the boil. Add salt and pepper. Now add the mushrooms and toss it well.
= Add the chopped parsley and mix all the elements together. Transfer it to a serving dish.
= Serve with Rice or Mashed Potatoes.
