#) Scrambled Eggs is generally we know as "ডিমের ঝুরি ভাজি" . But it's not exactly like that. So you need to follow this step to make it (for 1):

Ingredients:
=> Eggs ------ 2 nos
=> Salt ------ to taste
=> Ground White Pepper ------ to taste
=> Butter ------ 10 g
=> Milk ------ 10 ml
Preparation:
= Choose good quality eggs. Break them to a cup.
= Whisk until the mixture is even.
= Add the salt, pepper and milk. Mix thoroughly.
= Melt half of butter in a Sauté pan. Pour the mixture on it and stir with a wooden spoon over medium heat.
= Stir until the eggs are in a light creamy consistency. Transfer it to a serving dish.
= Sprinkle some chopped coriander over it. Serve hot.
