#) To make Ragu Stuffed Bread, all you need:

Ingredients:
=> Blade Steaks ------ 2.2 lbs
=> Oregano ----- 1/2 tsp
=> White wine ------ 1 cup
=> Oil ------ 1/4 cup
=> Onions (cut into strips) ----- 2 nos
=> Mustard ------ 2 tbsp
=> Tomatoes (peeled) ------ 1 can
=> Chili (crushed) ----- 1 tsp
=> Salt ----- to taste
=> Water ------ 1 quart
=> French Bread ------ 4 loaves
=> Olive oil ----- 1 tbsp
Preparation:
= Cut the meat into cubes and place in a bowl with oregano, wine, oil and onion. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
= Grill the meat cubes without the marinade in a hot pan with olive oil. After grilling all cubes add the liquid from the marinade and scrape the bottom of the pot thoroughly.
= Reduce the liquid and add onions, the meat, the mustard, tomatoes, chili, salt and water. Lower the heat and cook until the meat starts falling apart.
= Hollow the loaves of breads and fill them with the cooked meat.
= Serve hot.
