Ingredients:
=> Pumisaka (পুইশাক)........ 1 Bowl
=> Turmeric Powder........ 1 tsp
=> Red-Chilli Powder........ 0.5 tsp
=> Salt.......... To Taste
=> Four....... 1.5 cup
=> Onion (Chopped)........ 0.25 cup
=> Garlic Paste....... 1 tsp
=> Ginger Paste....... 1 tsp
=> Dry Chili (Crushed)...... 3-4 pcs
Preparation:
= Boil the Pumisaka and take it to a bowl.
= Add Turmeric Powder, Red-Chilli Powder, Four, Onion, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Dry Chilli & Salt one-by-one & Mix them until they get mixed properly. Make Badas as much as you can.
= Heat oil to a frypan. Put the Badas & Fry them until they become crispy. Take it to the serving dish.
= Serve with Sauce & Meyonese.
