#) To make Poached Eggs , all we need (for 1):
Ingredients:
=> Eggs ----- 1 nos
=> Water ------ 100 ml
=> Salt ------ to taste
=> Vinegar ------ 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
= Choose good quality eggs. Break them to a cup.
= Fill a pan with water to a depth of 3-4 cm. Add Salt and Vinegar. Place to simmer.
= When simmering, and slowly release the eggs on the surface of the simmering water.
= Allow to poach in very low heat about 3 mins. until the white is cooked but the yolk is still creamy.
= Lift from the liquid with a perforated spoon into a bowl of salted cold water.
= Trim off loose edges of the egg using a knife to give a uniform shape.
= Serve cold (or by re-heating carefully on salted water). Drain the water before serve.
