This is another famous cuisine in Bangladesh and India. As per the series continued from Mughal Generation this cuisine is still being served in Restaurants and homes in these countries. This is another kind of spicy option to serve in your meal.
Ingredients:
=> Chicken ------ 3 kg
=> Onion ------ 300 g
=> Ginger paste -----2 tbsp
=> Garlic Paste ----- 1 tbsp
=> Turmeric Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> Chili Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> Cumin Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> Postadana Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> White Mustard Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> Ghee ----- 300 g
=> Salt ----- to taste
=> Yogurt ----- 1 cup
=> Mawaa ----- 100 g
=> Eggs ----- 2/3 nos
Preparation:
= Cut the chicken into four pieces.
= Take a curry pot. Take and heat the ghee. Add onion and fry golden in color.
= Add garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric paste, postadana paste, cumin paste, white mustard paste, chili paste & salt and cook for 15 mins.
= Add the chicken and stir constantly. Add yogurt and mawaa. Cook for another 15 mins.
= Boil the eggs, remove the shell. Cut all into half and then add it with the mussallam. Cook for a min.
= Take them into serving dish & Serve hot.
