#) This is another type of subway sandwich where I've used the whole boneless Chicken Breast (steak) which has been grilled using various Spices on high heat. So let's cook this Subway:

Ingredients:
(For Chicken Steak)
=> Chicken Breast ----- 1 nos
=> Ginger Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> Garlic Paste ----- 1 tsp
=> Red Chili Powder ------ 1/4 tsp
=> Turmeric Powder ------ 1/4 tsp
=> Soya Sauce ----- 1 tsp
=> BBQ Sauce ------ 1/2 tsp
=> Salt ------ to taste
=> Black Pepper ----- a pinch
=> Yellow Mustard Paste ------ 1/4 tsp
(For Subway)
=> Subway Bread ------ 1 nos
=> Cabbage (Chopped) ----- 50g
=> Carrot (Chopped) ----- 20g
=> Capsicum (Chopped) ----- 10g
=> White Mayonnaise Sauce*
=> Pink Mayonnaise Sauce*
=> Yellow Mayonnaise Sauce*
=> Tomato Sauce*
=> Grated Cheese ------- 5g
{*Use sauce bottle to use them}
Preparation:
(Chicken Steak)
= Cut the breasts into Boneless. Make 2 solid slices of steaks. Marinade them with the spices mentioned above & keep it for about an hour.
= Heat oil to a skillet over High Heat. Place the marinaded steaks on it and fry till Dark Reddish Color on both sides. Make sure that the chicken has been cooked properly. {you have to keep it like this. Don't try to cut / chop it}
(For Subway)
= Cut the bread from middle. Make 2 slices.
= Over the lower-part slice, spread some pink sauce. Then put some capsicum, then carrots, then cabbages over it. Spread white sauce and yellow sauce.
= Now place the steaks side-by-side {place properly so that it remains inside of the subway}. Now spread the Tomato Sauce over the steaks. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of the bread.
= Now put the Sandwich in Sandwich Griller. Cover the Griller & grill about 2-3 mins. When done, brush some Butter Oil over the Sandwich.
= Finally take the subway to the Serving dish. Cut from the middle. Serve hot.
{It doesn't need external sauce to have, because you already have used Four types of sauces to make this :) }
