Funky Monkey


#) Funkey Monkey is one of my special cuisine which exactly can be served as Fast Food. It has sweetness of Bananas and Saltyness of the Donuts. You can also bring some Spice in this cuisine with crushed dried chilies.


Ingredients:

=> Flour 250 g
=> Eggs 3 nos
=>Yeast  1 tsp
=> Salt to taste
=> Ripe Bananas 4 nos
=> Sugar Syrup as required
=> Chocolate sauce / BBQ sauce / Cheese (for garnish)

Preparation:

Processing Donuts:

= Take the flour, yeast, eggs in a bowl, mix with Salt, little water & oil and make soft Dough of donuts. Preserve it for 20 mins. 

= Take small pieces of dough, roll it and make hole in the center using a cap of bottle to make it look alike Donuts. Do the same with the rests. 

= Heat oil to a frypan for deep fry. Fry the donuts until brown in color. Transfer them to a plate and garnish them with Chocolate Sauce / BBQ Sauce / Grated Cheese* . 

Processing Bananas:

= Peel the bananas and cut them as thin round sized. 

= Pour then into the boiling sugar syrup and boil for a few mins until they become soft. 

Decorating Funky Monkey:

= Place one donuts to serving dish. Top with 3 / 4 pcs of dipped Bananas. spread some more grated cheese over the Funky Monkey. {you can spread some crushed dried chilies to bring some spice on this} 

= Bake for 10 - 15 secs. in Microwave oven to melt the cheese*.

= Serve hot.

* You should bake in microwave oven for 10 secs. to melt the cheese. This is an optional process.
