#)Well, the Fish Fillet Orly is not an ordinary cuisine, it's a party cuisine which is actually served in Big Parties via Buffet Service. So, here I've come again to let you know how to make this (for 1):

Ingredients:
=> Fish Fillet (1 pc) ------- 200 g
=> Lemon juice ------ 2 g
=> Chopped Parsley ------ 2 g
=> Oil ------ 1 tbsp
=> Flour ------ 10 g
=> Batter ------ 50 ml
=> Tomato Sauce ------ 50 ml=> Salt ------ to taste
=> White Pepper ------ to taste
=> Parsley ------ 3 g
Preparation:
= Wash and dry the fillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
= Add little oil, marinade and leave it for about 30 mins.
= Coat the fillet in flour and batter. Heat oil in a frypan.
= Gently deep fry until it becomes crispy and golden brown in color. Drain it well from the oil.
= Garnish it with picked parsley and / or white mayonnaise sauce.
= Serve hot with a sauce-boot filled with tomato sauce.
{you can also serve it with Buttered Vegetables too, if you want them to be served as like restaurants}
