Chicken Rezala is a popular cuisine in Bangladesh and India. This cuisine is served almost every restaurants in these two countries. It's one of the tastiest spicy option to serve in your meal.
Ingredients:
=> Chicken ----- 2 kg
=> Onion ------ 400g
=> Butter oil ------ 1 cup
=> Ginger |Paste ------ 2 tbsp
=> Garlic Paste ------ 2 tbsp
=> Green Chili ------ 8 - 10 nos
=> Yogurt ------ 1 cup
=> White Mustard ------ 1 tsp
=> Poppy Paste ------ 1 tsp
=> Mawaa ------ 100 g
=> Cardamom ------ 15 g
=> Cinnamon ------ 15 g
=> Bay Leaf ------ 4 nos
=> Salt ------ to taste
Preparation:
= Cut the chicken into 8 pcs and wash properly.
=) To prepare masala:
- Pour oil into a curry pot and heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until light brown in color.
- Then add the cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf. Add all other spices and herbs including yogurt and continue cooking.
- Cook approximately 10 mins.
=> Now add the chicken pieces. Cover the pot with a lid and let in simmer until the meat is tender.
=> Before serving add the grated Mawaa on top and then serve hot.
