#) Chicken Cutlet one of the famous fast foods among all countries, specially in Bangladesh and Thailand. So let's try to make cutlets:

Ingredients:
=> Minced Chicken ----- 100g
=> Coriander Leaves (Chopped) ------ 10g
=> Onions (chopped) ------ 15g
=> Green Chili (chopped) ------ 5g
=> Salt ----- to taste
=> Sugar ----- 1/3 tsp
=> Soya Sauce ------ 1 tbsp
=> Black pepper ------ 1/4 tsp
=> Ginger Paste ----- 1/2 tsp
=> Garlic Paste ----- 1/2 tsp
=> Egg ------ 1 nos
=> Bread Cram ----- 2 tbsp
Preparation:
= Take the chickens into a mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, chopped coriander, chopped chili, ginger paste, garlic paste, pepper, salt, sugar, egg, soya sauce & bread cram and mix together thoroughly.
=> Make all the chickens into Cutlet shapes and place them to a plate.
= Heat oil to a Sauté pan. Transfer all the cutlets there and fry until brown in color. Make a hole in center using knife so that the middle part can also be cooked well.
=> When done, transfer them to serving dish. Serve hot with Paw-Bread.
